But our daily work is not merely growing grapes and making wine: we have always been committed to carrying out constant research alongside institutions and universities, adopting new technologies to obtain the best product quality combined with incredible craftsmanship. All the work in the vineyard is done by hand in full respect of the environment and its biodiversity, preserving the winemaking traditions of Valpolicella Classica.
