DOMINI VENETI at Anteprima Amarone 2015: an extraordinary vintage

Positioning, internationalization and promotion strategies of the most iconic Valpolicella brand. These are the hottest topics of the “Red Week”, the week dedicated to the “Great Red” (29 January – 4 February) which will culminate with Anteprima Amarone 2015 (2-4 February, Palazzo della Gran Guardia di Verona), the 16th edition of the event organized by the Consorzio Tutela Vini Valpolicella.

In the spotlight the promising 2015 vintage of 63 companies, and not only: history, culture and quality, but also markets, economic impact, sustainability and training are in fact at the center of the events scheduled in Verona beginning from the 29th January, for a focus of supply chain that will also involve the Minister of Agricultural, Food, Forestry and Tourism Policies, Gian Marco Centinaio (2 February).

The Anteprima Amarone tastings will open their doors to the public on Sunday 3 February, while the following day will be reserved for sector operators. Instead, the first days of the “Red Week” of Anteprima Amarone are dedicated to training: from 29 to 31 January 24 candidates from all over the world, some of whom are running for the title of Master of Wine, will participate in the Valpolicella Education Program, the course of high formation on viticulture, wines and the territory of Valpolicella.

The protagonist of the 2015 vintage will be the Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG DOMINI VENETI (read the technical sheet here).

The longevity of Amarone will be represented by our cru VIGNETI DI JAGO, which we will present in the 2013 vintage (read the technical sheet here).
