The initial visit begins outside the entrance of the Cantina: surrounded by the hills of  Valpolicella, within the confines of Negrar.

We than proceed to the great hall where the selected and ripest grapes are left to dry. A brief meander through the museum, where the various stages of “Appassimento” can be admired. Then back down the stairs where the old traditional cellars are joined with updated structures, housing a variety of precious wooden barrels. 

Then proceeding into the “Caveau des Cru” to admire the old vintage bottles, including that of the oldest Amarone. On to the prestigious Domìni Veneti cellar which then leads to the tasting hall and, eventually, to the adjoining Enoteca.

The tours are in Italian, English and German and are made by appointment only from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 17.00 (last reservation hours 15.00). On Saturday only for groups of 15 or more.
